1、同异频切换的参数配置A1事件：事件进入条件:Ms - Hys > Thresh停止异频测量门限：Threshold th2a for RSRP（Threshold2a) A1迟滞：Related hysteresis of threshold th2a for RSRP (hys threshold2a）服务小区的RSRP- hys threshold2a Threshold2a，且保持时间超过a1TimeToTriggerDeactInterMeas 的设置时间，则停止异频测量.A2事件：启动同频测量门限threshold1 事件进入条件:Ms + Hys Thresh 启动异频测量门

2、限:Threshold th2 interFreq for RSRP （threshold2InterFreq ）A2迟滞：Related hysteresis of threshold th2 interfreq for RSRP(hysThreshold2InterFreq ）打开Enable interfrequency handover:异频切换开关Time to trigger for A2 to activate inter measurement(a2TimeToTriggerActInterFreqMeas ）当服务小区的RSRP+ hysThreshold2InterFreq

3、 < threshold2InterFreq，且保持时间超过的设置时间a2TimeToTriggerActInterFreqMeas ，则开始异频测量A3事件事件进入条件：Mn + Ofn + Ocn Hys > Ms + Ofs + Ocs + Off 事件离开条件：Mn + Ofn + Ocn + Hys < Ms + Ofs + Ocs + Off NSN无Ofn/Ocn/Ofs/Ocs 参数同频A3事件同频A3迟滞：Related hysteresis of offset a3offset for RSRP intra F(hysA3Offset ）A3报告时长:A3
