分层次管理在临床护理管理中的应用价值
[摘要] 目的 探讨分层次管理在临床护理管理中的应用价值。方法 该院护理部在2018年1月在临床护理管理中,推行分层次管理,分别取各部门2名护士参与研究,调查护士分层次管理开展前、后1年内综合技能评分、工作积极性评分及临床护理差错发生情况。结果 与管理前比较,分层次管理后护士综合技能评分(基本护理知识、临床实践操作及患者护理满意度评分)、护理查房及会诊技能评分均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与管理前比较,分层次管理后护士临床护理差错发生率、护患纠纷发生率均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 分层次管理在临床护理管理中开展有助于提高护士综合技能、护理查房及会诊技能,有助于护患关系的改善,减少护患纠纷。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods The nursing department of the hospital implemented hierarchical management in clinical nursing management in January 2018. 2 nurses from each department were involved in the study. The comprehensive skills score, work motivation score, and work enthusiasm, the occurrence of clinical care errors of nurses before and after the hierarchical management development were investigated. Results Compared with before management, the comprehensive skills scores of nurses (basic nursing knowledge, clinical practice, and patient care satisfaction scores), nursing rounds, and consultation skills scores were significantly increased after hierarchical managemen
